  • Associate RICS accredited – Having an inhouse RICS regulated property consultant to hand brings clear benefits for landlords and tenants especially in terms of professionalism, competence, legal compliance and financial protection from professional Indemnity Insurance.

  • The Property Institute (TPI) accredited – We hold the “gold standard” qualification in property management which gives landlords peace of mind on standards and professional accountability.

  • In house repairs – Clients benefit from our building and development experience and our vast list of approved contractors and our inhouse knowledge of dealing with repairs, maintenance and refurbishment issues. We can attend to simple repairs saving clients money on expensive call outs and repair costs e.g. plumbing issues.

  • Digital technology backed – We used the latest accounting, management, maintenance /repair / inspection software which allows landlords to instantly access to information and reports about their properties.

  • Financial security and client protection – As accredited managing agents we hold client money (service charges, sinking funds, deposits, repair floats) in properly ring-fenced client bank accounts, so it protected if a firm fails. We are also required to provide an annual independent accountant`s report on client funds, giving transparency and reducing the risk of mismanagement.
