• Property Management – Professional property management service from tenant acquisition, daily management, rent collection, repairs, maintenance, financial reporting, legal compliance. We deal with UK and overseas investors offering an end to end bespoke service to manage your investment.

• Property sales – We can sell your property at competitive rates. We specialise in “off market” sales for sellers who wish to keep their business private. We have a. long list of ready and keen buyers/investors in various price ranges and sectors.

• Property Developments – We source opportunities, assist with acquisition, project management, design, construction, financing, marketing and sales or leasing of the completed project.
• Finance – We assist in acquiring specialist finance in the commercial sector. We help entrepreneurs and developers fund projects with development finance, bridging finance and other types of unregulated products. Refinancing existing commercial loans at better rates and products. Difficult cases welcome.

CONSULTANCY SERVICES

• Project management & building services – Coordinating a project from initial planning, design, building quotes, procurement of materials, to satisfactory completion. Ensuring the project stays on schedule, within budget, and meets the highest quality standards, whilst managing risks and ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Property valuations (Desktop & Appraisals) – Sales and rental valuations for residential or commercial properties. ATED desktop valuations for HMRC purposes.

• Legal guidance – We offer advice on the legal aspects of buying, selling, letting, and managing property in the UK including current regulations, anti-money laundering (AML), finance, tax, construction, and planning.

Council for Licensed Conveyancers (CLC) – Government appointed Specialist Property Law Regulator for specialist property lawyers known as to Licensed Conveyancers (currently not Practising) since 2003.

The Property Institute (TPI)– Professional body for UK property management providing nationally accredited qualifications and setting the standards of the profession competency since 2016
