• Property Management – Professional property management service from tenant acquisition, daily management, rent collection, repairs, maintenance, financial reporting, legal compliance, etc. Particularly specialising in portfolio management.

• Property Development – We handle everything from site sourcing, acquisition, project management, design, construction, financing, marketing and sales or leasing of the completed project.
• Finance – Assist clients in acquiring specialist finance in the unregulated sector. Help entrepreneurs and developers fund projects e.g. development finance, bridging, and other types of unregulated finance. Refinance commercial loans at exclusive rates and products.

CONSULTANCY SERVICES

• Project management & Building services – Any sized project considered. Coordinating a project from initial planning, design, procurement of materials, to full construction and satisfactory completion. Ensuring the project stays on schedule, within budget, and meets the highest quality standards, while managing risks and ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Property valuations (Desktop & Appraisals) – Sales and rental valuations for residential or commercial properties. ATED desktop valuations for HMRC purposes.

• Legal guidance – We offer advice on the legal aspects of buying, selling, letting, and managing property in the UK. This includes laws and regulations relating to anti-money laundering (AML), finance, tax, construction, and planning.
