We focus on residential and mixed use schemes across London and home counties. Our preference is part build, conversions, refurbishments and permitted development sites which typically take under 12 months to complete.
We prefer projects below £3M.
We consider joint ventures with builders, developers, architects, planners, land owners, land finders etc. on a profit share basis.
We have access to private funds and development finance at short notice allowing us to expedite any decision (subject to a feasibilty study).

Project management services
We can also project manage from design concept to construction with perfection, reliability and timely delivery.
We work with exceptionally talented planners, architects and designers who offer bespoke services. We can offer pre-purchase advice on construction costs/hurdles, planning options, potential neighbour issues or council planners, spatial planning etc. saving costs, time, headache and disappointment post purchase.
